01 FROM DIFFERENCE TO UNDERSTANDING

Payroll questions deserve
more than a total.

For payroll teams, bookkeepers, accountants and employers who need a clear path from a pay difference to the evidence behind it.

01 / COMPARE

Find the difference.

Compare paid amounts with supported deterministic calculations for ordinary pay, overtime, penalties and minimum engagements.

02 / EXPLAIN

Follow the evidence.

Inspect hours, pay segments, applicable rates and source references. See when additional information is needed for a calculation.

03 / REVIEW

Keep people in control.

Review findings, record decisions and notes, and export results for follow-up. WageReview does not change source payroll payments.

03 / PREPARE FOR A USEFUL REVIEW

Good evidence.
Better questions.

Employee profiles and pay/time CSVs are the starting point. Some scenarios also need roster records, written patterns or period setup. Our checklist explains what to gather.

04 BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

Does WageReview replace our payroll software?

No. It supports review using employee and pay/time CSVs. It does not create pay runs, write back to payroll or automatically correct payments.

Does it cover every Award and arrangement?

No. Current new-audit scope is limited to represented hourly-pay calculations under Retail, Hospitality and Restaurant. Casual, part-time and hourly full-time employees are supported within the applicable classifications and arrangements. Aged Care is retired for new audits.

What happens when records are incomplete?

Missing or conflicting inputs may be rejected, block an affected calculation or require manual review. The system does not invent missing payroll facts.

Can we use it for production payroll decisions?

Production use is not yet approved. The current offer is a controlled demonstration and discussion of pilot suitability. Findings require human review and are not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.
